Her shows are filled with love, hugs and laughter.
As a self-published author, producer, poet, Stephy loves the spoken word and has written 5 books, with her newest authored work, “Born To Be A Boss, Brown Skin Girls Lead Too,” a resourceful tool designed to help women of color to create their own narrative.
After holding off on her dream for years, Stephy stepped out on faith to launch her online coffee business “Mama Beans On Holy Grounds.” It is a name of endearment that was given to her by a young man who attended Whitworth 24 years ago. This name has been very special to Nobles-Beans. She is known as Mama Beans not only in the Spokane community, but also outside of the community such as Hawaii.
Her online coffee business is not just a coffee business. It is a combination of business and ministry that will also help her Brown Girls Magic Leadership Program. This coffee business is a dream that will help women become great leaders in the community.
Stephaine graduated from Whitworth University with her Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies and her Masters in Leadership. She teaches Diverse Christian Leadership, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Masters Grad Program, and is the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion trainer at the university. She is always ready to encourage, empower, and equip women for leadership, especially women of color. Her motto to women of color” You were born to be a boss, Brown Skin Girls Lead Too."
