Stephaine Y. Nobles-Beans, BLS, MA

Leadership Degreed Educator, Speaker, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Trainer

Stephaine Y. Nobles-Beans is a AAA Woman of God. She is Anointed, Appointed, and Approved by God. She is an Educator, Professor, Assistant Pastor, Campus Pastor, Speaker, Associate Chaplain for Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion in Campus Ministries at Whitworth University. Her passion is leadership and to help women step into their calling of leadership and vocation, and to help build the Kingdom of God.

She is from a generation preacher’s who through the Word of God has taught her that there is room for God’s women in leadership.  Her testimony is one of overcoming many obstacles, not only a survivor, but the journey of being a teen mother at the age of 15.  She has taken her broken pieces and laid them at the foot of the cross, and found her healing and restoration, to rise as “A Woman Ever Rising Every Day To Lead.”  Through her ministry she uses her gifts and calling to help women heal and recover from emotional trauma, empowering them to rise up and find their voice for the glory of God.

Stephy's  voice can be heard as she hosts  her podcast, She-Brews With Mama Beans On Holy Grounds...Coffee And Conversations About Life!  Through her show, she shares her heart and talks about life, as well as encourages and inspires individuals to be the best version of themselves ever! Her shows are filled with love, hugs and laughter.

As a self-published author, producer, poet, Stephy loves the spoken word and has written 5 books, with her newest authored work, “Born To Be A Boss, Brown Skin Girls Lead Too,” a resourceful tool designed to help women of color to create their own narrative.

After holding off on her dream for years, Stephy stepped out on faith to launch her online coffee business “Mama Beans On Holy Grounds.” It is a name of endearment that was given to her by a young man who attended Whitworth 24 years ago. This name has been very special to Nobles-Beans. She is known as Mama Beans not only in the Spokane community, but also outside of the community such as Hawaii.

Her online coffee business is not just a coffee business. It is a combination of business and ministry that will also help her Brown Girls Magic Leadership Program. This coffee business is a dream that will help women become great leaders in the community.

Stephaine graduated from Whitworth University with her Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies and her Masters in Leadership.  She teaches Diverse Christian Leadership, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Masters Grad Program, and is the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion trainer at the university.  She has shared her leadership skills and passion to thousands of people, and as a speaker has traveled and shared the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Her passion is seeing women rise above the ashes and step into the beauty of who God has created them to be.  She had the privilege in 2019 to be one of the keynote speakers at Rotary International, and spoke after none other than Bill Gates.  She is always ready to encourage, empower, and equip women for leadership, especially women of color.  Her motto to women of color” You were born to be a boss, Brown Skin Girls Lead Too."
